Why connecting an agent to your tools is only the beginning.

Connecting an AI agent to a CRM, a repository or a support system is the easy part. The harder question is whether it understands how your company actually works.

Every team has its own way of qualifying a deal, reviewing a pull request or closing the books. That knowledge often lives in a document, an old conversation or somebody’s head. An agent with the right APIs still needs that operational context.

At Tedix, I’m interested in making this knowledge something a company can own, version and govern alongside its tools. That is the gap between a convincing demo and a digital worker people can rely on.
